The whole experience with this firm has been difficult , real lack of followup on what should be easy tasks. If you want a Firm who is consistent and does what they say they are going to do, then keep looking. I will say that the work they did manage to accomplish for me was satisfactory, but the right hand has no idea what the left is doing, I will not use them again.
