I scheduled and an appointment and showed up for them to say it will be just a few minutes which I was fine with. 45 minutes later I said I am about to leave and they just happened to finish with the last client. I was told over the phone prior that it would be $35 for just a basic trim just to be convinced I had to get it washed and said they can’t wash dirty hair when I wash my hair regularly. Professional environment. Got roots touched up, along with dye in the front. Hair was cut and styled as I requested.
I love London Kae!! I have been coming to see Alicia for years for my dreads, she does an amazing job. Lakresha the owner is also top notch. Feels like family every time :) highly recommend all the ladies here.
Lydia did my hair and all I can say is 10/10. service was great, completely copied my inspo pic, and she was so sweet & polite. the entire staff was welcoming and everyone said hello and asked how i was doing. mind you, this was my first time there ever! will definitely be returning for Lydia!
