50/50 on this place, I do miss appointments quite a bit but when I tried to reschedule I called a couple of times because I really needed that appointment for that week,maybe 12 calls with now answer till they finally picked up and told me I cant call unless it's an emergency so they were there and could answer the phone but onle for emergencys? She did help me kinda ,I didn't get to reschedule but uh we talked on the phone I told her my situation and she told me she couldn't help me .I'm very happy with the staff who helped... read more
I have been trying to reach out to book an appointment but I got no response. I hate how you have to always leave a message and wait for them to call back. I wish there was a faster way to reach out to them.
