I cannot say enough about Neal Zhou (apologies if I didn't get your last name correct) at South London Infinity. Right from the initial contact he was a most pleasant and accommodating and at times really, really enthusiastic young sales guy. I came here because I was told that my problem could only be fixed by Nissan/Infiniti since it involved their proprietary software. I handed the technician the Infiniti Service Bulletin regarding my car’s documented design flaw that was causing my problem, and he literally refused to do it or even to consider it. I had an appointment for service that would take a couple of days, and I was given a great loaner vehicle, as well as having received excellent repair work on my car! When I went back to pick up my car, the service department was already closed, but the staff member who worked at reception in the Nissan sales area was super helpful, as was the sales manager who put air in my tire (as it was very low when I drove away) and had me wait in the lounge area with a coffee!
