Great service.
Today, my car was accidentally stuck by a nail. I was at a loss. I went to the maintenance center under the guidance of my sales consultant, because I didn't speak English very well. A lady in charge of maintenance reception received us patiently and seriously. She spoke very slowly so that I could understand. It was the first time I bought an Infiniti car, and I felt that the service was really excellent. After all-round testing, they helped us change a new tire, which made us feel relieved. Thank you very much.
Unfortunately they are beyond overpriced. Taking advantage of the fact many people do not know much about their vehicles and that infinitis are tricky to work on, an hourly labor wage of almost 200$ an hour with a big corporation is unfortunate to see. I can only hope the techs truly receive a good wage and that the company does not pocket most of that margin. Love the vehicles and service advisors are nice but do not explain things clearly and classic traps are used to ensure you spend as much as possible
