There was a lot of fast talk to get the car sold. During the sales process they said to sign to acknowledge without thoroughly going over certain details like the carfax. They failed to disclose the extent of the damage that the vehicle was in. I contacted the salesperson about a transmission oil change and nothing was done. I dont recommend this location for a new or used vehicle
I’ve only been an Infiniti owner for less than 4 years but I would say the team has always been providing me an exceptional service. Specially Neil and Assad, they were very knowledgable and obliging that helped me to make a wise decision. I really appreciate for their support, they went beyond my expectation 100%.
Friendly people but bad service. 1.5 hrs to do $180 oil change. Later noticed the invoice customer was wrong and made to a body shop that closed over 2 years ago one hour out of town. Nothing to do with me. I called and left message and zero response. No place is perfect but too many bads. Did I mention the half complementry a car wash. Front full of bugs still and back full of road dust. Probably wouldn't happen at a luxury car shop though.....
