Purchased refurbished hot tub, viewed filled and running. Told delivery would be later that week or next week. I had to call several times to inquire about the status of delivery. Not good at calling to update. 4 weeks later it was delivered. Told it would be delivered and set up. Inconsistent information given several times. If I could give 0 stars I would. Someone from London hot tub Reached out to me saying they could take my old hot tub. Tried to set up an appointment for them to come take it, they said it would be 2 weeks due to where I lived. 2 weeks went by, no contact. I contacted them multiple times asking for a date with no answer. They said they were suppose to come 4 times & never showed, no contacted me to let me know they wouldn’t come. My experience with London Landscape / London Hot Tub has been marked by blatant misrepresentation, communication issues and delays, legal threat, and an egregious safety hazard. I strongly urge anyone considering a hot tub purchase from them to rethink their decision. The stress, danger, and dishonesty I endured are not worth it. I regret trusting them with my business.
