Recently purchased a refurbished hot tub, they were very helpful in explaining the differences in the tubs available and helping us find one for our needs. Great communication throughout the process, keeping us up to date with delivery and everything we need. Highly recommend this company if you want to save thousands of dollars on a hot tub!
From the minute we stepped out of our vehicle, to the day of delivery- nothing but professionalism! Adrian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping us get what we were looking for! And then some ! Our Lazy boy hot tub was delivered with in 4 days looking as if it is brand new! Works amazing and he even took time to help us understand the cleaning and chemical process! We had our doubts about a used tub. But at this point we wouldn’t go any other way if it’s this company. LONDON Hot TUB . Easy 5 star rating!
Very sad it has come to this. We purchased a tub from this company over a year ago. Upon delivery we noticed several inconsistencies with the tub we received vs the description provided. Tub was supposed to only be a few years old and refurbished but it was discovered to be 10 years older than the claim and had most original equipment. Eventually through mutual agreement with Katie we agreed to a refund that we would receive “within 30 days.” Tub was picked up July of 2024. Purchased refurbished hot tub, viewed filled and running. Told delivery would be later that week or next week. I had to call several times to inquire about the status of delivery. Not good at calling to update. 4 weeks later it was delivered. Told it would be delivered and set up. Inconsistent information given several times. Delivered by 1 person with a big machine which tore up my yard and landscaping, I was told dollies with wheels as long as easy to access. Which it was.
