Excellent business
I came to the shop in a total panic with a potential DIY plumbing disaster on my hands. While replacing a kitchen tap, i cut through what I thought was a 15mm plastic pipe but none of my push fittings would fit it. It was then I realised it wasn't 15mm but 16mm. No isolation valve so water was off at the mains. I raced down to the shop on advice from a plumber, to see if they could help. Always pleasant and super helpful when I walk in and have questions over the years - gave me a radiator key when i didnt havve cash on me - bought a bathroom suite from them and very professional guys who clearly care deeply
