I had the best experience in this hospital as I went in fairly quickly for nasal squamous cell surgery. Taken care by Dr MacNeil team and her residents was superb. The doctors and nurses worked well together (a little hierarchy but it comes with the territory) The nurses responded well to meet my needs before I knew what I needed. Ivette was wonderful and the two night nurses too ( student Sarah?? ) I think and the RN who was teaching her. Well done to all of you! Keep it up PS. Very disappointed in Kerry Hunter - Occupational Therapist in the Pediatric X -Ray department. She rudely dismissed my question regarding my son and brushed me off.
My wife was expedited for a biopsy on her thyroid after a checkup. Shocked and overjoyed at the care we received on short notice. The staff should be very proud...as a loving husband the care brought tears to my eyes...!
LHSC has repeatedly made me feel unsafe, dismissed, and unworthy of treatment. From 2020 to present, I have had several terrible experiences within different departments of this hospital. I had a referral appointment to psychiatry yesterday. I was treated poorly. I felt very uncomfortable, and excused myself before my appointment ended.
