I initially came for a Groupon sports massage with Jack (clinician 18) and was pleasantly surprised by the thorough assessment that it included and his knowledge and professionalism in quickly zoning in on my neck problems. Been back for several sessions since and Jack has been fantastic at providing treatment tailored uniquely to me. I’m not in pain for the first time in years and have more energy. I’ve been to London Health and Wellbeing for a few months, first for lower back issues seeing Anaelle (Clinician 25). Anaelle also helped immensely, with foot issues that I have been having for a long time. She’s extremely supportive and encouraging, and explained the exercises and monitored my progress. I received fantastic treatment throughout and it was easy to reschedule when I needed to. I give Anaelle 5 out of 5 and I’d highly recommend her as a knowledgeable and effective clinician.
I saw clinician 18 it was great I have some really problematic areas and I left feeling fixed and lighter. Highly recommend
I would say that being there around 6 months , the service experience depends on the therapist. I received a good service with acupuncture and osteopathy but when the osteopathy therapist ( Pat) left then everything changed. I was not able to get the info about the payment re: my package of 5 appointments and exercises from the other osteopathy therapist who I was transfed to.Apparently the reception can't check this and chasing a therapist for weeks doesn't sound effective.
