HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT BOOK ESP THROUGH CLASSPASS. I have the haircut appointment through the ClassPass for 4pm today. I called the hair salon right after to confirm the time but they told me to come at 2:15pm. I arrived 2:25pm and they already is serving another customer before me and told me I have to wait. I told them I can’t because I am already late for my 3 pm appointment. I told them I can come back again at 4pm but they said they already have Apt booked. I live 23 minutes from the salon and left an hour early just to be safe with traffic. I was rerouted twice due to construction and called to let them know when I was fully stopped in traffic and knew I was late. They were completely unwilling to compromise or count my Class Pass credits toward another time, even though they’ll get paid either way.
