Had a follow up appointment with Ms Khinder today and I felt very supported and secure by all the members of the staff including her. The team is very friendly and professional which makes it easier to feel more comfortable throughout the whole process.

My partner was left extremely distressed after her scan due to a clear misdiagnosis. She was devastated and spent days in tears as a result. When you pay for a private service, you expect accuracy, professionalism, and expertise — none of which we experienced here. I have previously attended London Gynaecology and received good service, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. During a recent emergency, the standard of care was extremely poor. The ultrasound machine was not working initially, which I was patient and understanding about. However, further issues followed. I requested copies of my scan images, which were important due to the emergency, yet it took several days to receive them and only after chasing multiple times. I am always very impressed whenever i have an appointment at this clinic. The staff are always welcoming, efficient and caring. You always get a first class service, with amazing facilities. Dr Pisal who is my consultant is so professional, in fact he is my saviour, i am so grateful for his services, he is knowledgeable and very experienced in his field. I would 100% recommend the clinic and Dr Pisal to my family and friends.
