BUYER BEWARE!! The experience was good, facilities were clean. I decided to go back. I scheduled. I prepaid. Then it dumped snow and I am a wheelchair user. I couldn't make it there so I cancelled giving them plenty of notice. I waited for a refund that never came. I called them back asking where my refund was. THAT is when they chose to disclose to me that they never actually refund anyone who doesn't specifically ask for it. That is scandalous. I tried London float for the first time today, also my first time floating, and it was an amazing!! The girl working there was extremely helpful and so nice. The float room was clean comfortable and very relaxing. Highly recommended, I can’t wait to go back.

I have been here a few times, solo and with my husband. It's always a lovely treat, and we feel very refreshed and relaxed after. Bring lots of water and a good moisturizer, the salt is drying.

We were brought to our space with plenty of time to change, shower, and prepare for the float. Everything was explained to us clearly, with any questions we had being answered.
