Steve was extremely responsive and gave me some excellent advice about tracing a persistent leak in my property. He responded almost immediately to me with a high degree of expertise and professionalism

Warning take extreme care before using this company. They applied a substance to my flat roof to repair leaks around a skylight and within 2 months the substance had cracked and failed. 2 x surveyors have since confirmed to me that the surface was not properly prepared and the substance not suitable. The proprietor Steven Dickinson's solution is to come back and re-apply the same substance which defies all logic. He is refusing to issue a refund and I am taking to small claims court.
Mr Steve Dickinson went above and beyond, to give professional advice on how to convert an uninsulated kitchen flat felt roof to a warm EPDM covered roof. The project was no where near his company's working area so would be of no economic value to himself, and yet he still followed up my query. He did this by making a video out of photo's I'd sent him explaining both the theory and the actual practical means to action the process.
