I would like to thank mandy and the other staff. I was being a real pain to them to day and not once were they rude they help me so much so a big thank you mandy sort it out and she didn't have to. When I say I was a pain not once anymore was rude to me please give them a break once again thanks you
Terrible patient service today First receptionist put me on hold so rudely whilst checking my medications to take a personal call.. no warning just the hold tone. Rude and disrespectful. Second receptionist didnt care that i am going through a mental health episode. At least the doctors here are golden Reception could do with a lot of training
