I live in the UK for the last 14 years and this is so far the best experience with The Medical Centre ✨✨✨✨✨ I recently moved in to the area in May'2025 and I found excellent service from the reception team and all doctors especially from Dr Olivia Chapman and Dr Abbas Jeraj who both supported me in my life difficulties. WHY IS YOUR PHONE LINE NOT WORKING!!! DONT PRETEND ITS FULL AT 8AM IN AUGUST. WE KNOW YOURE JUST BEING LAZY!!!!! Receptionist/ call answerer at 16.50 on Mon 11 Aug was being difficult. I know you want to go home love but whispering on the phone just to annoy patients when they ask you to speak up a few times is pathetic and immature. Grow up!!!! People like you screw the NHS
I would like to thank mandy and the other staff. I was being a real pain to them to day and not once were they rude they help me so much so a big thank you mandy sort it out and she didn't have to. When I say I was a pain not once anymore was rude to me please give them a break once again thanks you
