Our experience with Masha NP and Dr. Hassani at this clinic has been disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. Over just a few weeks, we encountered a lack of compassion, poor communication, and rigid policies that do not prioritize patient well-being. There were no reminders sent for upcoming appointments, and we were told we’d need to pay extra for such notifications.
