Whoever the radio announcer sounding guy is that answered the phone, deserves a raise
We r very satisfied with our purchase. Gideon and Dave are outstanding...a dynamic duo! While Gideon walked us through the paperwork, warranty and a summary of care and maintenance I observed Dave dutifully checking and tuning our bikes with care and knowledge. We were given an opportunity to test the bikes in the back of the store (park there if you are picking up bikes) and a hands-on explanation of all their features and maintenance. Thank you!
After being told to take all the time we needed to get in and pick it up, and them calling the wrong number, they returned our eBike before we could pick it up. They tried to upsell us saying they couldn’t get that bike back in, but another Emmo shop could and in the colour we originally wanted. An hour and a half phone call had them admit their mistakes, but they wouldn’t do anything to get us a new bike without charging more. Obviously going to the other shop.
Working with Gideon and the staff (including the delivery driver) were absolutely amazing. I have never experienced such unbelievable customer service in my life. I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks again guys for your help.
