Went to the side door to drop off a pto shaft to get the u joints replaced. Set it down infront of the guys desk and said what it was here for and right off the bat nothing but poor service and attitude. Said they won't have the u joints for it even though he hasn't seen it yet and and that it's going to take along time to complete the job as he didn't know what u joints were in it. This is very important, especially if I have a breakdown in the middle of a snowstorm and need parts to get up and running again as quickly as possible Staff are very knowledgeable and can help you find exactly what you need if you're unsure or if there are different options for different plows.
