Ben rang me to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was friendly and professional, and had the drains sorted in no time at all. He made recommendations for future works needed but didn’t try and pressure me into having the work done there and then. Excellent company and staff.
Not a customer, but these drain clearers attended our neighbouring property today, and emptied their wet and dry vac in our front garden leaving white plaster type material all over the plants and some of the pavement. Not exactly a professional finish, would welcome a clean up if the management are reading this. EDIT: Someone has attended and attempted clean-up, I would say 90% of the mess is cleared, so thanks for that We also appear to have a plumbing tool/component outside on the pavement, could be a coincidence or mayb... read more
Our kitchen sink was blocked and Ben Roberts came to solve the issue. He was extremely professional and explained the options that were available to us. We were in no pressure to go with the expensive one. Ben was friendly and polite and it seemed like we had known him from before, like he was an old friend. Thanks for the service and we'll definitely use London Drains Direct again.
Once again LDD have come to the rescue. 2nd call out in 4 days. Thankfully they sent Ben (from fist call out) This was a comercial call out to a project where i had found a second blockage, thankfully not caused by my works. Ben got to work staright away. We identified the issue and LDD cleared it. I then asked for a CCTV survey of the drainage system, which was carried out and sent to me quickly. Cant thank LDD enough. Quick response and great service, made better by sending Ben who clearly knows his stuff!
Ben Roberts is an absolute professional. Quick, efficient and very personable. Explained everything on great detail and put us at easy every step of the way. Couldn't recommend him any more. Top fella..
