Ben rang me to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was friendly and professional, and had the drains sorted in no time at all. He made recommendations for future works needed but didn’t try and pressure me into having the work done there and then. Excellent company and staff.

Our kitchen sink was blocked and Ben Roberts came to solve the issue. He was extremely professional and explained the options that were available to us. We were in no pressure to go with the expensive one. Ben was friendly and polite and it seemed like we had known him from before, like he was an old friend. Thanks for the service and we'll definitely use London Drains Direct again.

Great service from start to finish. Used them for the second time already. Bradley turned up bang on time, messaged me 20 min in advance and called 10 min in advance. In 20 min everything was sorted. Great service.

Hi I had problem with my Kitchen sink blocking, 2 plumber came to do different company couldn't solve the problem. This company with in minute sort out the problem fix time and price. So happy with service. I would give more than 5 star. Thank you
