Not a customer, but these drain clearers attended our neighbouring property today, and emptied their wet and dry vac in our front garden leaving white plaster type material all over the plants and some of the pavement. Not exactly a professional finish, would welcome a clean up if the management are reading this. EDIT: Someone has attended and attempted clean-up, I would say 90% of the mess is cleared, so thanks for that We also appear to have a plumbing tool/component outside on the pavement, could be a coincidence or mayb... read more

Our kitchen sink was blocked and Ben Roberts came to solve the issue. He was extremely professional and explained the options that were available to us. We were in no pressure to go with the expensive one. Ben was friendly and polite and it seemed like we had known him from before, like he was an old friend. Thanks for the service and we'll definitely use London Drains Direct again.

Ben from London Drains was our absolute saviour today. I had to attend my grandmother's house but by the time I arrived, Ben was there reassuring her and making jokes and putting her mind at rest. He was a 'cheeky chappy' as my Nan put, but made her week and everything is sorted. What a champion. Appreciate you Ben, you funny fella.

Really happy with this company, first time of using and will use in future. Price was as quoted but well worth the money. Ben Roberts, the staff member who attended our property was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He explained the problem with the drain and that we could have a different type of clean and there was no pressure on us to have this. We did anyway and are absolutely delighted with the work. Thanks Ben and the staff at London Drains Direct.

London Drains Direct were efficient and managed to resolve my issue promptly. The attending engineer, Ben Roberts, was nothing short of amazing. He explained everything clearly, went above and beyond to ensure the problem was fully resolved, and left me very reassured. Very happy with the service — we’ll definitely use them again in the future.
