First time booking for this walk in clinic. I live out of town so booked for an appt an hour from now. The secretary called and asked if I could come earlier. When I explained I live about 40 mins away, I was told the dr had no other appts and he did not want to wait and would be cancelling my appt. I explained how sick I am, and was basically told “too bad”. Completely unprofessional and unethical.
the address is wrong and when leaving a voicemail it would save one a lot of driving if someone said "i see you made an appointment but we do not offer this service" rather than "call me back" :)
I had nothing but bad experience with this doctor , recently my AUTISTIC son needed his osap papers simply signed and she took 180 dollars from him , a young kid trying to better himself, they also insisted we missed an appointment and wouldn’t see my son until he paid 75 dollars for a missed appointment we knew nothing about , they are NEVER wrong !!! Got in same day for an ear infection. Super clean facility. Easy to park. Receptionists were very pleasant. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Dr was fast and efficient and very welcoming. Prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy and ready to be picked up by the time I got there. Will definitely use their services again.
