I have called and tried to get in touch with the owner and emailed in order to get information on items I consigned with her. I never got my confirmation email from her like she said. I signed the contract but have no received any other information. Every time we go to see her in person the store isn't open. I have emailed 5 times and called and still nothing. I would not recommend using her to consign any items. She has 5 items of mine and will not let me know if they sold or not.
Do not ever go - the owner is a nasty person. We bought a dress for over $1000 + $170 for alterations. They said it would be ready the night of the ball and to pick it up at 7pm (mind you they close at 7pm) So going to pick it up, hair and makeup done, they quickly hand the dress to us while closing shop. IMMEDIATELY, we notice a burn on the dress in the back and it EVEN SMELLED like it was burnt. I was very impressed with this store. I had such a good time there while I was looking for my wedding dress. A guy name Andy was an absolute SWEET HEART, so caring, sincere and honest. If you are looking for the right outfit this is the place to go. They are not going to sell you just anything, they will help you choose what is good for you. It's a very friendly atmosphere. They will make you feel welcome. I can not find enough words to thank this young man for his great customer service.
