Great service for the community @
I've used the consistory a few times now. For my aging father and for a friend who's having knee surgery. This service is a God-send. Thank you to all the volunteers who receive, maintain and lend out the equipment.
What an excellent service. Great place with lots of selection to choose from. So helpful to be able to borrow the equipment my father needed to help him maintain his independence.
We had a negative experience here when we wanted to borrow a walker for my mother who had a broken hip. We just need something small to visit Niagara’s for a few days. We did not received any help at all. She waited, standing with a can, while people coming after us were served. No charity, no compassionate tolerance towards an elderly. We also witnessed how an employee shouted at a senior gentleman because he got confused and went behind a desk.
