We booked London Collins for a corporate event on a boat in London. Alex and the team were brilliant from the start. The helped me put together the drinks menu and created a signature cocktail that everyone loved. They arrived on time, set up fast and took care of everything. Really friendly and lovely bar staff. Look forward to working with them again. Highly recommend.
