Really nice and knowledgeable people here. They made time to go over my issue and answer my questions with sound and knowledgeable advice..... and I didn't even buy anything from them yet. I will be sure to support them and get all my fireplace parts and services from them. Thank you

The worst people I have ever worked with. Took our money and missed appointment after appointment. Did half the job and in the end it all had to be ripped out and replaced to start a néw. Stay away!!!! Truly the worst ever!!!!
