Since Christian took over after dave and Ed i found the customer service lacking. I moved to a much better pharmacy where they treat you like family.
The best around the town. Good customer service.
I have gone to a few different pharmacies in London and this one is by far better than the others in every way. I never have to wait more than a few min for my script and that's rare. usually they have it ready for me behind the counter. I've never been made to feel that I'm "less than" by any member of the staff. they are always efficient, polite, and genuinely kind.
