I had an extremely disappointing experience with this shop. I had my brakes serviced, including the calipers and brake pads. After the repair, one of the calipers failed while I was driving. I returned to the shop expecting them to inspect the issue and stand behind their work, but they refused to accept any responsibility. What made the experience even worse was the way I was treated.
