Called Jim because I had a flat tire & he took me in immediately. The nail was in horizontally and he didn’t feel comfortable doing it because he wanted it done properly. He recommended me to another mechanic and said it’s not about the money. He just wants it done properly. This shop is a place of integrity and you shouldn’t hesitate to bring your vehicle here.

The interaction with the owner was not pleasant. He bahaved rudely and tried to dismiss me quickly when I came to pick up my car. He refused to answer my questions regarding warranty of parts and labor. Hiding this information from customers and avoiding answering related questions looks to me like avoiding to take responsibility of their work. Their prices are not reasonable either.
