Awesome alterations & customer service. Always quick & efficient. Clothes seem like brand new when I get them back.
Unfortunately, I had a bad customer service experience here that made it obvious the people who run it don't care about satisfying their customers or making up for poor quality (i.e. not clean) and late service (i.e. multiple days later than quoted pick-up date).
