Mike went above and beyond to help me find the right window parts and answered every one of my questions with patience and expertise. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and truly cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive and genuine these days. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality parts and top-notch support!
Mike was extremely knowledgeable regarding his product information. He was able to assess my window screen and patio sliding door issues over the phone. His prices are reasonable and that's why my wife and I rushed over to drop the items off for an excellent job.
I had 2 window screens that were extremely bent at the bottom. I used the text option to save some time and sent him the pictures. Mike answered back in a timely manner and assured me he could complete the job. I dropped the screens off on Wednesday and had them back on that Friday with an expedited process that I paid for. I received a text letting me know that they were complete and my screens fit perfectly back in my windows. Pricing was fair and turnaround was good as well. Best of luck Mike on taking over the shop.

I purchased a window screen that was custom-build by the shop owner, Mike. Upon attempting to install it at home, one of the rivet fasteners fell off. I called Mike, and we agreed that I would bring it back for him to repair. When I returned to the shop, I pointed out that corners of the screen were noticeably misaligned, with visible gaps showing the connecting rods.
