He was incredibly responsive, kind, and truly cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive and genuine these days. Mike was extremely knowledgeable regarding his product information. He was able to assess my window screen and patio sliding door issues over the phone. His prices are reasonable and that's why my wife and I rushed over to drop the items off for an excellent job.
I had 2 window screens that were extremely bent at the bottom. I used the text option to save some time and sent him the pictures. Mike answered back in a timely manner and assured me he could complete the job. I dropped the screens off on Wednesday and had them back on that Friday with an expedited process that I paid for. I received a text letting me know that they were complete and my screens fit perfectly back in my windows. Pricing was fair and turnaround was good as well. Best of luck Mike on taking over the shop.
