I cannot rate London Bride UK team more. I had visited a few other shops before finding London Bride UK and in these other shops I felt like on a conveyer belt, I was given very limited time, and wasn't properly looked after but London Bride UK team was complete opposite. Five stars simply aren’t enough. From the moment I walked into London Bride UK, the entire team made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. It was the first bridal shop I visited and I had five others lined up so you can imagine my surprise when I found THE dress immediately. I cancelled all the other appointments that same evening! If I could give 6 stars, I would! I would like to thank you for such a wonderful service! The dress was PERFECT on the day, the way it was tailored still gives me goosebumps! Honestly, every stitch was so perfectly made and the corset was amazing! Thank you for giving me such great advice about the back as well - it proved to be the best decision ever! For me My experience here wasn’t great at all, am a local in the area and this was the first stop for me when I got engaged. Wanted to support a local business. Paid for the appointment as per policy, I attended alone as it was my wish. They checked I had an appointment on arrival before I was let through the door and that was it. All they said to me was help yourself. With no idea on sizing for my first experience, no good acknowledgement from the two ladies in the store.
