I was nervous before the appointment, but Annabel made the experience incredible cozy and comfortable! She was super friendly and helped me a lot with her recommendations and tips. She was also very patient - I didn't feel pressured into hurrying (as I did in some other stores). Would definitely recommend this store! :) The only thing to keep in mind is that there are no customer toilets, however there are a few cafés in the near proximity.
The ladies at London Bride are so lovely and it’s so easy to work with them. I ended up getting my dress from there and the service was great throughout the whole process, from first appointment to ordering and paying to picking up my dress! Recommend fully!
Had the best experience at London Bride this weekend, with my mum and my sister. Strongly recommend this shop, for thoughtful, skilful help with a wedding dress hunt. I found that in other places, the shopping experience can feel a bit overwhelming and I got anxious about not having an "aha" moment. Could not have asked for a better experience! Rhi was incredible; she was so efficient and an expert on all things wedding dress. Plus she wasn't overbearing or pushy at all. Felt very comfortable and cared for throughout my appointment and I really felt how much Rhi loves her job. Found my dream dress, after only one dress shopping outing. Really happy, thank you xxx
