Update: they permanently closed. I was supposed to go next week to make the last changes to my dress. But their phone number, email and website are down. I didn't even receive an email to let me know they were closing down.... I found out on Facebook. Thank god, Silver told me to take the dress with me last time I went to try it on, because they were supposed to "change location". But now I'll have to pay extra from another company for my dress tailoring. First appointment this morning. Took 3 dresses to find THE ONE. Silver... read more

Went in for a booked appointment and left within 15 minutes. There was very little stock, and they did not have a lot of the dresses shown on the website. Added to this the staff were fairly rude and unwelcoming, actually felt a bit judged. It is not somewhere to go that was special. I am size uk 14 and could not fit into anything at all (even pinned at the back). I was told they just get stock to sell off the rack, waste of the £30 deposit. London Bride Couture did an amazing job at packing my wedding gown for a destination wedding. They were reasonably priced and showed care and attention to detail. I was very grateful they could assist! :) I would highly recommend them.
This was my first bridal fitting and I had a lovely experience. A lot of beautiful dresses with a range of styles. It was a very joyful experience :)
