Dropped into London Bike Studio today to fix a puncture, Cameron was awesome! Super friendly, helpful, and had me back on the road in no time. Really great service, fair pricing (especially compared to others in the area), and just an all-round great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to get my bike serviced here. Highly recommend! 🚴♂️
The staff members at the London Bike Studio are super friendly and knowledgeable. I have been a couple of times and I have always been happy with the service. When you leave the bike to get it fixed, they have an automatic system for updates, where they share the quote before proceeding with any work. Something that I didn’t find with other bike shops and it is super helpful and efficient. I highly recommend them!
I came to the shop feeling very desperate and hopeless because my key had broken inside the lock. The owner, Diego, removed the broken key from the lock within seconds using pliers. I was so happy and relieved! I highly recommend this bike shop to everyone.
The team at the shop were friendly and helpful, but our experience was not totally positive, so I thought I would send some feedback: 1) We booked a bike in for a service a week in advance using the online system. When we took it in, they said they may be too busy to help. These guys are the best bike shop I've ever been to! I've been a regular customer at several different bike stores over the last 10 years and each time I switched to another when I lost confidence in their service/pricing. These guys have been the most genuine, helpful and fair people I've ever had my bike with, honestly can't recommend them enough.
