I came to the shop feeling very desperate and hopeless because my key had broken inside the lock. The owner, Diego, removed the broken key from the lock within seconds using pliers. I was so happy and relieved! I highly recommend this bike shop to everyone.
One of the loveliest bike shops I've been to. I gifted my friend the Intro to Bike Maintenance course, it was 7 hours on a Saturday and we had the BEST time. Diego is so lovely, and you can tell everyone at the shop is passionate about what they do. Wish I lived closer by so I could come by more often - highly recommend!
Highly recommend this little Stokey gem. London Bike Studio has always delivered top-notch service at fair prices. The team there are knowledgeable and friendly, and will go above and beyond to make sure everything is running perfectly. I went in with a puncture, and came out with some overdue updates - and my bike is riding like new now..
Dropped into London Bike Studio today to fix a puncture, Cameron was awesome! Super friendly, helpful, and had me back on the road in no time. Really great service, fair pricing (especially compared to others in the area), and just an all-round great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to get my bike serviced here. The staff members at the London Bike Studio are super friendly and knowledgeable. I have been a couple of times and I have always been happy with the service. When you leave the bike to get it fixed, they have an automatic system for updates, where they share the quote before proceeding with any work. Something that I didn’t find with other bike shops and it is super helpful and efficient. I highly recommend them!
