We’ve had this bike studio as our neighbour for about a year now, and they’ve been absolutely fantastic from day one. I cannot rate LBS highly enough. Diego and his team provide expert advice, building and maintenance services, are generous with their time and advice, and are happy to adapt to your needs and budget. As well as providing top-tier bike work, LBS is a genuine community hub where you will be treated as a friend rather than just a customer. Luke just did such a speedy, diligent on the spot job that I felt compelled to write a review. These guys are the best bike studio I’ve ever been to - have been going about 2 years and feel really lucky to have found them every visit. They’re friendly and fast and meticulous and are host to the most beautiful dog in London. Huge huge recommend

Great experience with friendly and helpful staff! I recently purchased a second-hand bike that came with several issues. After bringing it in for a Silver Service and replacing some parts, the bike now feels brand new. The team was even kind enough to offer a free part due to the recent purchase, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
