I watched the owner of this salon harassing and touching people on the public sidewalk. Very rude and aggressive behavior from this place. Avoid at all costs!
London Beauty had the nerve to charge me $0.43 for a refund fee when I returned a mascara I didn’t even try or sample. I still have yet to receive a requested refund for this $0.43 I did not pay for and they texted me with my name spelled wrong on December 19 that they had refunded the fee to my bank. When I just called them now, all they could offer was texting me a picture that the refund went through on THEIR end. I am pretty angry to be charged a refund fee for something I returned.
