Apparently the Putnam location lost all their employees in May. But never contacted the clients to re-book with someone else. Arrived at 8:00 am for an appointment and no one was there. After waiting over a half hour, a guy finally shows up and tells my husband he can't see him because he's booked for the day. Mind you, my husband received a confirmation text 2 days ago. Clearly they have contact information for the clients, but in over a month, no one contacted my husband AND still received a confirmation for his appointmen... read more
