Unprofessional and disorganized dealership. Staff lacked basic product knowledge. Agreed price was not honored. Unexpected fees were added. Vehicle had undisclosed issues. Customer service was rude. Management offered no solution. Felt completely misled. Will never return here.
Worst car buying experience I’ve had. Salesperson gave misleading information. Finance terms were unclear and confusing. Delivery was delayed without notice. Calls and messages went unanswered. Problems were blamed on the customer. No effort to resolve issues. Service quality is extremely low. Save your time and money.
Amazing experience with these guys. Very accommodating and went above and beyond with making sure I left with my vehicle in tip top shape. Made the process of buying a vehicle much easier and less stressful. Thank you so much guys! I love my SUV
