Lawrence installed the boiler 3 years ago. I told him that I was selling the house. He came and gave boiler repair $1000 estimate and promised he will fix it but he never showed up for 2 months. I had to sell the house with $3000 in escrow account for boiler repair and dealing with the escrow account several months after the closing.

Very bad customer service. I paid $890 to install a water heater. It broke within one year and it should be under warranty for both labor and parts. I called Lawrence to check out the water heater. He kept saying he was super crazy busy and didn't have any available time to come back to fix the water heater. He gave me a manufacturer's phone number to call for parts. That was a wrong number. I had to go to another plumber to call the manufacturer for parts and paid $200 for labor to fix the water heater.

Called main number 2 weeks ago. Spoke to owner's daughter. Very nice, pleasant. Left message with her. She was to pass on to owner. She also gave me his cell number which I tried but no answer. Daughter had said dad was very busy. Believe he tried to call me, but missed his call. Tried him again, but no answer. Never heard from again. I guess people dont need the business or fixing toilets aren't a priority. Very unprofessional. So, I waited not knowing if he was just busy or would even take my job.
