We had our car go into limp mode on a Sunday. We rang 3 mechanics in the Dandenong area who told us they could not help us until Monday. We live 2.5hrs from Dandenong. We finally tried Lona Mobile mechanic who asked questions to identify the issue with our car. After answering all the questions, the friendly mechanic attended to assist. Thank you so much Arif, for rescuing me from having a dead battery & changing an alternator. Hubby told me to call RACV, but my gutt instinct told me to call a mobile mechanic. It was the best decision I made. I was desperate, as I was stuck after pumping petrol into my car @ a petrol station. You came in no time… where as I was told I might have to wait for 2hrs for RACV to come. Fantastic service, quick and very affordable. I needed brake pads replaced quite urgently, booked a time he came in, took a look at my rotors as well at no extra cost, and replaced my brake pad sensors at no extra cost as well!! He gave professional advice and was a very straight forward. He didn't try to charge any extra bs that dealers would and he was very friendly.
