Dr provided RX for phantom pain control after amputation. Did not advise patient they were being released. When RX finished patient was THEN advised they were released and they should consult with primary for new RX. Primary cannot see patient for 3 weeks and Dr S refused to renew RX for the 3 weeks patient has to wait to see primary when it was the fault of Dr S's office for not advising patient they were released and what they had to do.
