We had our toilets clogged and non-functional as a result of our kid thinking it was fun playing "sink or float" with them. So unbelieveable both toilets not working at the same time. We called Joe Lomupo from Lomupo Plumbing and he sent Steve to our home promptly during this playing fiasco. Steve was able to figure out a solution each time and removed the objects that were trapped in the toilet. Long time plumber retired - they referred me to Lomupo. I asked Lomupo to come fix something, turned out there was nothing wrong and there was nothing to fix. To my surprise, they did not charge me for making the trip, which I thought was very honorable.
