Everyone was super nice and helpful places. Nice beautiful and clean. Do you have good people working there I like that it would be super nice if you guys could get Howard Smith he’s a patient there to be more mobile. I know he sometimes is kind of hard on the help where he means well thank you very much.
Front desk was courtesy and gave great directions
Nursing and therapy staff are caring and supportive.
My mom gets great care at LSN and Rehab. She loves the staff and they love her. I highly recommend this facility.
