At last a doctor's surgery that honours appointment times, every time I've gone to a pre-booked visit I've walked straight in with no delay. There is a keto-focused doctor here that won't bombard you with prehistoric outdated medical dogma if you follow a ketogenic or carnivore W.O.E They are very proactive with admin and I've been able to get referrals and other documents emailed without a hassle.
My thanks to the staff, both Medical and Administrative, at the Medical Centre whose efficiency and kindness are outstanding. Patients of Lomond Centre for any years we have always known them to be this way but recently during a time of special need they proved themselves to be especially so.
My wife and I have been seeing Dr Latif since she took over the practice We have received excellent medical care from Dr Latif Nothing is too much trouble and she has the time and patience to listen Reception and office staff are efficient and courteous making bookings easy to achieve Additionally the nurses at the practice also provide excellent care
Dr Latif is my family doctor and we love her! The practice has always treated me and my family with dignity and respect. The doctors make sure you are heard and provide prompt treatment if necessary. Everyone is lovely. Highly recommend!

I’ve had reason to use the other great services at the practice and have found all the staff to be just as friendly and professional. The office staff also need a special thank you for the smooth coordination and management of both staff and patients. You have a lot to do which most of us don’t always see.
