Horrible place to go...... They are happy to charge you to see if they can help you. Then, if they can or will help you, they will charge you more money..... If they don't want to make the repairs or help you, they will give you back a box of parts and pieces. That way you cannot take it anywhere! The employees of this company seriously disrespect their customers. I'm a General Contractor and as a courtesy to one of my customers I took a piece of equipment down to Lomita Lawnmower to get it fixed as it would not start. The customer asked me to pick it up and arranged for it to be paid via the credit card they provided when it was dropped it off. I have a Honda lawnmower I took in to this shop after I had it mis-serviced at another local repair store. My lawnmower still didn't perform any better than before. It turns out the place I took it to was not an authorized Honda store, that is why I brought it to Lomita lawnmower. To my dismay it turns out the first store I took it to installed all the wrong parts in my lawnmower.
