Very rushed he spent 5 minutes with me
Immediately wanted to book a surgery without continuing to explore a more conservative approach to my treatment. I had to push for an injection in my hand. His demeanor was as if he had better things to do, wanted to be somewhere else and couldn’t be bothered with me. Total lack of interest or compassion. I thought I was being treated by a tactless disinterested robot. I would not recommend this individual nor would I ever let him treat me again. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lomita. He was extremely concise with no unnecessary fluff, which is a trait that you should want your surgeon to have. His surgical skills have proven to be superb! My wrist began to heal quickly with limited pain and swelling. I'm progressing way quicker than originally anticipated because of him.
he made eye contact constantly during the visit; he came in smiling and asked what brought me in, while reviewing my info; he gently positioned my hand, reviewed the online xrays and indicated what I was to do in the future , should I have a reoccurrence he showed no hurry to leave and answered all my questions he put my mind at ease
Rude and robotic. Very poor people skills. Tells you that he needs to cut you open and wants to immediately walk out the room and tells you to book an appointment. With no compassion on how it feels to hear news like that. To top it off he gets annoyed when you ask any questions. There is no way I'm letting him cut me open I've never experience such a cold doctor.
Dr Craig Lomita is the absolute worst. He spent less than 3 minutes in total with me. It was my 1st time seeing him and will probably be the last.He deserves 0 star actually. Being an MD too I can't find an explanation for seeing a patient at 8am in such a shabby way. No eye contact, no explanation of diagnosis. Zapped in and out. if you were planning to see Craig Lomita ,do yourself one favor, find a different doctor.
He had the worst bedside manner of any doctor I've ever been treated by. Absolutely zero listening skills and desired to get out of the room so quickly that I didn't have time to ask all my questions about my condition. He also refused to give me advice as to whether or not my line of work would be further damaging to my CTS. Also, he was extremely rude to a nurse and spent more time yelling at her for asking me to sit in the wrong chair in his office than he did with me as his patient.
