An inexperienced couple operating their photography business from home left us extremely disappointed. I cannot in good conscience recommend their services. During our wedding, they captured photos with the restroom sign in the background and people walking by, and then had the audacity to try and charge us to edit it out. The couple took pictures for my wedding with the restroom sign in the background and people waking pass while the family pictures was being taken. When asked about it, they stated that they usually charge to edit them out. I didn't feel like we should pay for those edits since as a professional photographer, you should make sure the area is clear beforethe pictures is taken. Eventually, they agreed to edit them out.
