DON'T DO IT! I spoke to 2 different representatives, when I called the boost mobile customer service number, about upgrading my phone. One before I went there and one after. Both said I wouldn't really have to pay anything if I get the a Moto G 2025 because they have a sale on the phone for .99¢ and I'm upgrading it, but I would have to go in the store. I went here. Why did I have to pay $127.47? I look at the receipt and it's all these charges that are unrelated to boost mobile and the phone that I got, which was, a Moto G ... read more

The owner responded to my negative review (3 days ago with a phone and no service) with a way to get in touch with them. The site doesn’t go anywhere!! 😡 I would like to add. After 3 months they cancelled my contract but would not release my phone number. I received two texts that terry did release it, but it didn't let me use the number I had using for 20 plus years!!!! Make sure you actually do get their service, the map said yes, but I never could get calls ever!
