The receptionist who answered the phone was rude and kept talking over me. Was asking what authority I have as a power of attorney . She wanted to know who I had power of attorney over and said that they need to be a member too and she kept trying to make another sale. Can't figure out why that would have anything to do with it since I'm a member and this is solely about me and my power of attorney rights . Finally I just told her I will Google my question which I did and got my answer without all the attitude.
