i contacted joe through legalshield about this time last year. joe Lombino earns every bit of his low rating. When presented with a medical assessment proving political bias and defamation, his only response was 'Give me something to work with' and telling me to 'get mental help.' He is the one who is incompetent. Avoid this firm if you want a lawyer who actually understands evidence STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LAWFIRM DO NOT TRUST Oh yeah avoid LegalShield also)

Worse than a court appointed lawyer. I used their service for about a week. I would respond promptly and give them any information I could, but I would only get about one response per day. I finally decided to call them and get this sorted out and not only did they not have the documents I sent them but I did not get a single piece of advice other than to just call the insurance and figure it out myself. The receptionist who answered the phone was rude and kept talking over me. Was asking what authority I have as a power of attorney . She wanted to know who I had power of attorney over and said that they need to be a member too and she kept trying to make another sale. Can't figure out why that would have anything to do with it since I'm a member and this is solely about me and my power of attorney rights . Finally I just told her I will Google my question which I did and got my answer without all the attitude.
