Rude customer service.
Best pizza in west michigan IMO. Recently moved back to michigan and nothing has changed the taste is still on point. And the staff was wonderful. It took longer than what was told but the flavor alone makes it worth the longer wait if nessacary. You wont be disappointed.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The experience I had today with the bearded delivery guy was horrible. I would not recommend this place because of it. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time either. Awful customer service both over the phone and in person.
Ordered food to be delivered in 45 minutes after an hour I call to check what is going on and The girl that answered the phone tells me that they’ve been calling my phone. They couldn’t find my house so they brought the food back, but they no longer have the food either and now they’re only doing pick up no delivery anymore and then I see online it says they let the delivery driver go at 10:40.
