If you have trouble here it is your fault because you are being warned. I wrote 2 pages but character limit is about 1 page so some (...) is removed: The 89 year old woman bought tiles ... Jan 12th. They sold her scalloped edge wall tiles not floor tiles ... They gave the floor dimensions and sold her enough tiles to be short about 7 tiles ..., no extra. ... If I could rate with a negative number I would. Brought a detailed engineering drawing, was shuffled off to the local granite supplier then heard nothing from Lombardo's. Made 2 follow up calls, and nothing. They're supposed to have this significant presence in Charlotte County, and have not demonstrated that to me. I'll take my 8,000 counter business elsewhere. I was not even greeted. And when I went to ask the young man behind the counter for help he put a finger in the air as to wait while he was texting on his phone. I walked around for 15 minutes when I came back no one was around. Terrible terrible customer service. Taking my business elsewhere
