Worst customer service from Lombardo Homes after selling my house. I have numerous framing issues that I already reported to Prohome. Prohome scheduled appointments with the Lombardo homes framer four times to fix the problem, but no one ever showed up. I don’t know whom to contact at Lombardo Homes. It seems they are more interested in selling homes than in ensuring customer satisfaction.
The folks at Lombardo are amazing. Great to work with, high-quality homes and super professional. When we decided to build a home on our own 5-acre lot, we interviewed 20+ builders (custom and production-level builders). Lombardo checked all of the boxes far beyond any other builder and delivered on every single thing they promised. This is our second home built with Lombardo and I'd highly recommend to anyone!
We've built two homes with Lombardo. Unbeatable combination of price, craftsmanship, quality and service. Great people as well. Highly recommend when building in a subdivision or on your own lot!
Buyers beware! I would avoid this builder at all costs- they lack integrity and honesty. I bought a home and closed in December 2021 in a Rochester hills community. They installed a furnace and AC unit that was too small for the size of our home. Just to pass city inspection they installed a furnace and then swapped it out after we closed. I have had limited interactions with this company. While I appreciate them responding to an inquiry, the follow up was nothing less than disaster. Returned a call to one of their reps who had reached out to me earlier in the day. Completely rude once on the phone. It did seem like a personal phone number as they became short and irritated I had called after I left work.
