I purchased this house last year, but the construction quality has been extremely poor. When we moved in during the summer, the air conditioning did not work at all. Since then, we have discovered numerous serious issues throughout the house. There were sharp nails hidden beneath the carpet, posing a safety hazard. The hardwood flooring was not installed securely and makes loud creaking noises when walked on. Didn’t even do anything
It is a very good house. We hired a private inspector at the final walkthrough who went through everything with a thermal camera before we signed. The inspector also said it was a very good house. Shane and his team were super helpful and reliable. They fixed all of the concerns that the inspector mentioned before we signed. The process of getting it built was very smooth. We were suspicious at first but ended up buying a house here because of how transparent everything was. Andrew is the best. He is so helpful!
