It is a very good house. We hired a private inspector at the final walkthrough who went through everything with a thermal camera before we signed. The inspector also said it was a very good house. Shane and his team were super helpful and reliable. They fixed all of the concerns that the inspector mentioned before we signed. The process of getting it built was very smooth. We were suspicious at first but ended up buying a house here because of how transparent everything was. Andrew is the best. He is so helpful!
Our interaction with Lombardo Homes at Trailwoods of Ann Arbor left much to be desired. Not only was communication subpar, but their business model also seemed completely off. Additionally, the rep we worked with further dampened our experience and view of Lombardo Homes. Consequently, I advise against engaging with Lombardo Homes, as their approach fails to meet basic professional standards.
IF YOU WANT TO SAVE $600,000+... READ THIS!!!!We've had a horrendous experience living in our home built by Lombardo. After 10 months of moving in, the water supply line to master bathtub had a leak and ruined half of our living room ceiling. Pro Home, the company that deals with the warranty issues has been terrible to deal with.
