I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the ADHD testing scheduling process and overall experience. I initiated my journey in March, diligently completing the intake, group testing, and individual testing phases. Due to the clinic's scheduling protocol, I had to take time off work multiple times, as each subsequent appointment could only be arranged after the completion of the prior one. Worst place. They give a diagnosis and then tell u that u have to wait 4 weeks to get a copy of it because it's not ready. There is no communication between the counselors. They tell you to go somewhere else for medication to help with your issue but won't give you the paperwork for somebody to give you the proper medicine. Worse place ever wouldn't recommend anybody going there. Not worth the time or the money unless you want games played with your mental stability...

Multiple people who I know recommend me to Vista who have went there and have had testing done. All of them diagnosed with the same thing. They have all since went to other practices and have had different diagnoses. I did testing, and had a test review In which I had to reschedule. Due incompetence they scheduled me for a counseling session and didnt inform me that it was a therapy session until after the session.
