I joined the waitlist here over two years ago and followed up multiple times, including doing a tour earlier this year. I was told there were no records of me being on the waitlist or touring, and that the center was full for the school year. My family experienced discrimination based off the color of our skin by the Director Jennifer K please be aware of this before sending your kids here. Keep in mind my son has been going to kindercare for over 9 years and this is the first time we had experienced discrimination, once Jennifer became director.

The Lombard Kindercare is a warm, inviting environment that has friendly staff and excellent childcare. The staff has been very accommodating to our child's needs and has worked in her best interest to make her feel comfortable and at home in a new place. We've had our first daughter at KinderCare in Lombard since March of 2023. Soon, we'll have our second daughter start in the infant room. All of the teachers and management care about our children and their development. They provide instruction and varied play and keep us informed on progress and development. Everyone knows our daughter's name, and she has made lots of friends. I'd recommend KinderCare in Lombard without hesitation.
