Our air conditioner went out the Sunday before Memorial Day. The owner came out within two hours to check my AC and see what was going on. He tried to do a few things to hold us over but in the end it was a broken compressor. We didn’t know, but our unit had a warranty. They encouraged us to check and sure enough we had one. They could’ve taken advantage of our ignorance but instead they did everything they could to help us. They saved us $1000. The customer service was top notch!
